TAO Digital Solutions is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Notice for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and make use of personal data.

The web page located at taodigitalusa.com, any mobile application that we make available to you (each a “Mobile Application”) and all linked pages together form the “Site”.

The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refers to Site visitors, candidates and any other users of the Site and Services.

Use of the Site and Services, including all information presented herein and all online services provided by the Company, is subject to this Privacy Notice.

Who are we?

TAO Digital Solutions is a new age digital transformation company that enables enterprises to build new platforms, scale/grow their existing business models and footprints to expand into new markets in a rapid time tom market manner. This policy applies to all TAO Digital Solutions workforce members including, but not limited to full-time employees, part-time employees, trainees, volunteers, contractors, temporary workers, and anyone else granted access to TAO Digital Solutions assets, resources, and/or sensitive data. This includes all facilities and systems that process sensitive information.

Who does this Privacy Notice protect?

This Privacy Notice applies to all Site visitors, candidates, and all other users of the Site and Services. By using the Site or any of our Services, you agree to this Privacy Notice, without modification, and acknowledge reading it.

What information do we collect?

We receive and store any information you directly provide through the Site and/or Services or provide to us in any other way, including by e-mail. When you send an e-mail to TAO Digital Solutions, we may retain your e-mail address and the contents of the e-mail you send.

When you use or register with the Site, some of the data that we collect and receive from you is personal data, which means that it is information that could personally identify you (“Personal Data”).

The categories of Personal Data we may request include your name and contact information (email address, address, and telephone number). Depending on the nature of your inquiry or activities on the Site, we may also ask for your job search criteria and preferences, your employment experience, educational history, your skills in various areas, reference information, background information, and other information contained in your resume, and any login ID and password created by you. It is also possible to upload your resume/CV, cover letters, and any other attachments you may wish us to consider. The Site also utilizes functional cookies to track your online activities, including, but not limited to, registration, submissions, information requests and for analytic purposes.

The Company currently does not recognize and respond to Do Not Track Signals. If we do so in the future, we will revise this Privacy Notice to describe how this is done.

In some cases we may also receive your information from third parties, including but not limited to our partners, social media platforms, event coordinators, referrals and other data sources. We may aggregate the Information provided by you with Information we collect from third parties and use it as described in this Privacy Policy.

Why do we process your Personal Data?

We use your Personal Data for our business and activities, and in our efforts to expand and improve our business. Generally, we use Personal Data and other data collected through the Site and Services to register you with the Site, to provide you with information regarding employment opportunities and career-related information, and to otherwise provide you with requested information or Services.

We may also from time to time use your Personal Data to send you automated email messages regarding our services, including employment information, with your consent. You have the right to ask us not to process your Personal Data for marketing purposes and can opt out of receiving such email messages by sending an email with this request to dataprivacy@taodigitalusa.com from each e-mail account that you would like to opt-out from.

With whom do we share your Personal Data?

The Company may disclose Personal Data to third parties. The disclosure to third parties would occur in the following circumstances:

What rights do you have?

We respect your right to review and request changes to your Personal Data. The amount of Personal Data you are required to provide when requesting our services is consistent with the Company’s interests in providing our services to you. The Company complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

We process Personal Data about you for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, including but not limited to providing recruitment, placement, employment or outsourcing services; operating our business; complying with our legal and contractual obligations; and fulfilling other legitimate interests of the Company.


A. Third Party Links

We are not responsible for the practices employed by web sites linked to or from our Site or Services, nor for the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link or go from our Site or Services to another web site, including those sites that have a link on our Site or Services, you are subject to that other web site’s own rules and policies. Please read over those rules and policies before proceeding. We are not responsible for such third-party site’s collection and / or usage of your data.

B. Data Security

We maintain a variety of commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, we use industry accepted tools and techniques to protect against unauthorized access to our systems.

You should be aware, however, that TAO Digital Solutions has no control over the security of other web sites on the Internet that you might visit, even where such other site is linked to our Site or Services. If you share your computer or use a computer that is accessed by the general public, remember to sign off and close your browser window when you have finished your session. This will help to ensure that others cannot access your information.

We take commercially reasonable steps to secure your information but do not promise, and you should not expect, that your information always will remain secure. In the event of a breach of the confidentiality or security of your information, we will notify you if reasonably possible and as reasonably necessary so that you can take appropriate protective steps. C. Children

The Site and Services are for use only by individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. As such, TAO Digital Solutions does not intentionally collect information about children under the age of 16. If we learn that TAO Digital Solutions has collected information from a child under the age of 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. D. Server Location

Our servers are currently located in the United States and Canada and our business is currently operated from both the United States and Canada. As such, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and Canada. The data protection and other laws of the United States and Canada might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using the Services or the Site, you consent to your information being transferred to our facilities and to the facilities of those third parties with whom we share that information as described in this Privacy Policy.

E. No Rights of Third Parties

This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties.

F. Data retention

We retain all collected information for so long as we are contractually obligated to provide the Services to you, and thereafter until such time as we delete your account in accordance with our service agreements.

G. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Notice periodically to reflect changes in our privacy practices and legal updates. Any changes we may make to our Privacy Notice in the future will be posted on this page and are immediately binding without any requirement for notice.
